Macbeth Character Blog Assignment Statement: Summative Assessment 

For the summative assessment of this unit, students were asked to complete blogs written from the perspective of a character of their choice from Shakespeare's Macbeth. This unit asks students to explore Shakespeare's characters, making decisions and conclusions about what is said both directly and indirectly about these characters in the text. The blogs, which were maintained throughout the course of the unit, provided a digital, interactive way for students to experiment with writing from the point of view of a literary character.
