Macbeth Point of View Unit: Characterization Lesson

The lesson plan shown here is the second in a 10-lesson unit on understanding a characters' point of view in Shakespeare's Macbeth. This unit asks students to explore Shakespeare's characters, making decisions and conclusions about what is said both directly and indirectly about these characters in the text. In this lesson, students begin investigating and making inferences about major characters' relationships, interests, personalities, and appearances.
